研究漆酶对环境中广泛存在的一种羟基多溴联苯醚2′-OH-BDE-68的降解反应动力学,考察p H和温度对反应的影响,同时对降解产物进行鉴定。结果表明,漆酶降解2′-OH-BDE-68的过程可以三个参数的单指数降解模型拟合;在偏酸性的环境下,漆酶降解2′-OH-BDE-68效果较好,反应速率p H 5>p H 4≈p H 6>p H 7;在0-35℃范围内,随着温度的升高降解速率提高。降解产物中检测到了2,4-DBP,可能是由于2′-OH-BDE-68被氧化致使其醚键断裂而生成。
The kinetics of laccase degradation of 2’-OH-BDE-68, a hydroxyl polybrominated diphenyl ethers widely existing in the environment, was investigated. The effects of p H and temperature on the reaction were investigated, and the degradation products were identified. The results showed that laccase degradation of 2’-OH-BDE-68 could be fitted by single-exponential degradation model with three parameters. In acidic environment, laccase degraded 2’-OH-BDE-68, Reaction rate p H 5> p H 4 ≈p H 6> p H 7; at 0-35 ° C the rate of degradation increases with increasing temperature. 2,4-DBP was detected in the degradation products, probably due to the oxidation of 2’-OH-BDE-68 resulting in its ether bond breaking.
