医疗保险的研究和实施在我国起步较晚,因其是社会保障体系的重要组成部分而成为全社会十分关注的问题。为了使医护人员及时了解医疗保险在国内的研究进展,我们采用文献计量学方法,利用国内具有先进性和权威性的《中国生物医学文献光盘数据库》(CB Mdisc)为统计依据(该光盘数据库收录了国内900余种医学期刊,近150万条文献),从中找出国内对医疗保险研究的主要核心期刊,为卫生决策部门、医院管理者和医护人员提供文献查阅参考。 调查结果表明,1997～1999年(59万余条文献),CB
