The Fourth Beijing International Symposium on Computer Information Management will provide a forum and window for the exchange of ideas and research results for the domestic and overseas counterparts in the field of information management oriented to new information technology. The meeting will be held in Beijing from October 14 to October 18, 1994. 1 This session will be the first one to be co-hosted by China Institute of Scientific and Technical Intelligence with international agencies. International Federation of Literary Work (FID) has approved
