今年七月一日是我们伟大的、正确的、光荣的中国共产党誕生三十九周年。我国人民现在正在党和毛主席的领导之下,高举着总路线、大跃进和人民公社三面紅旗,在各个战线上继续大跃进。在工农业生产大跃进的同时,全国正大办城市人民公社,大搞技术革新和技术革命,大闹文化革命。在文教战线上,以学习馬克思列宁主义和毛主席著作为中心的思想改造运动和以扫除文盲、教育革命为中心的文化革命高潮已經到来。当前国际形势对于争取世界和平、民族独立、民主自由和社会主义的斗争空前有利,美帝国主义及其走狗已陷于世界人民包围之中,套在他們脖子上的絞索正越抽越紧,世界上反对美帝国主义及其走狗的統一战线正在形成和扩大。在我們欢庆党成立三十九周年的时候,面临着国內外这样一个大好的形势,使我們更加感到欢欣鼓舞,我国人民在党的领导下将更加信心百倍地高歌猛进!
