目的:研究大青叶药材的挥发性成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS),首次分析了大青叶的挥发性成分。结果:从大青叶中鉴定了35个化合物,占大青叶挥发性成分的89.95%,大青叶主要的挥发性成分是6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(6.32%)、壬醛(5.99%)、苯乙基异硫氰酸酯(5.79%)和棕榈酸(5.62%)。结论:棕榈酸和苯甲醇可能是大青叶药材中的药效成分。
Objective: To study the volatile components of Folium officinalis. Methods: The volatile components of Folium Isatidis were analyzed by headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS). Results: 35 compounds were identified from Folium Isatidis, which accounted for 89.95% of the volatile components of Folium Isatidis. The main volatile components of Folium Isatidis were 6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone ( 6.32%), nonanal (5.99%), phenethyl isothiocyanate (5.79%) and palmitic acid (5.62%). Conclusion: Palmitic acid and benzyl alcohol may be the effective components of Folium officinalis.
