目的 :探讨老年梗阻性结肠癌病人围手术期肠外营养支持的重要性以及合理应用。 方法 :5 5例年龄 >6 0岁的梗阻性结肠癌病人围手术期进行肠外营养支持 ,非蛋白质热量摄入平均为 85 .4kJ/ (kg·d) ,非蛋白质热量∶氮量平均为 118∶1。观察肠外营养支持前后营养状况的改变。 结果 :前白蛋白和转铁蛋白在肠外营养支持后有明显的改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其他营养指标及肝肾功能无明显变化或在正常范围内。 结论 :肠外营养支持是老年梗阻性结肠癌病人围手术期重要的治疗手段之一。维持内环境平衡 ,低脂、低糖的肠外营养支持对老年病人是安全、有效的。
Objective: To investigate the importance of perioperative parenteral nutrition in elderly patients with obstructive colon cancer and its rational application. METHODS: Fifty-five patients with obstructive colon cancer over 60 years of age underwent parenteral nutrition support. The average non-protein caloric intake was 85.4 kJ / (kg · d). The average amount of non-protein heat was 118: 1. Changes in nutritional status before and after parenteral nutrition support were observed. Results: Prealbumin and transferrin were significantly improved after parenteral nutrition support (P <0.05). Other nutritional indexes and liver and kidney function did not change significantly or were within the normal range. Conclusion: Parenteral nutrition support is one of the most important perioperative treatments for elderly patients with obstructive colon cancer. Maintaining a balanced environment, low-fat, low-sugar parenteral nutrition support for elderly patients is safe and effective.
