桂航三号是由红椒一号辣椒经太空诱变处理后的材料HTX-z系统选择7代培育而成的生育期长、VC含量高、品质优的线椒新品种。果实线形,果长16～18 cm,横径1.1 cm,2～3心室。果顶锐尖,果面光滑,果皮薄,青果为深绿色,成熟果鲜红色。平均单果质量8～9 g,最大单果质量10 g。果实味微辣,风味好,鲜果辣椒素含量11.1 mg/kg,VC含量108 mg/100 g,干物质含量7.94%。
Guihang No. 3 is a new line of pepper cultivars with long growth period, high VC content and high quality, which were selected from the seventh generation of HTX-z system after being mutagenized by red pepper No. 1 pepper. Fruit linear, fruit length 16 ~ 18 cm, diameter 1.1 cm, 2 to 3 ventricle. Fruit top sharp, smooth fruit, peel thin, dark green fruit, ripe fruit bright red. The average fruit quality 8 ~ 9 g, the largest single fruit mass 10 g. The fruit is spicy and has good flavor. The capsaicin content of fruit is 11.1 mg / kg, the content of VC is 108 mg / 100 g and the content of dry matter is 7.94%.
