空肠弯曲菌肠炎的研究进展

近十余年来,国外对弯曲菌所致腹泻进行了深入研究,国内自1981年首先由上海第一医学院儿科医院报道。从国内部分地区主要腹泻病原检出率看,空肠弯曲菌所致腹泻仅次于轮状病毒及志贺氏菌。本文综述近年来国内外有关研究概况。病原学一、分类与分型(一)分类:按1974年 Bergey 细菌鉴定手册分类,弯曲菌属分三个种(胎儿、唾液和粪便),五个亚种(胎儿、肠内、空肠、唾液和牛)。1981
