目的了解吉林市高校医学专业与非医学专业大学生乙型肝炎相关知识知晓程度、个人行为及对乙肝知识需求状况,探讨医学专业与非医学专业大学生乙肝健康教育的差异。方法采用整群分层随机抽样的方法,对吉林市某医学院校及非医学高校的在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果医学与非医学组学生15项知识性问题回答结果的正确率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),15项个人行为及可能接触史14项构成比差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);2个专业组学生对于乙型病毒性肝炎相关知识的需求分布差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论医学专业大学生与非医学专业大学生在乙型肝炎相关知识、个人行为及对乙肝知识需求方面存在明显差异。
Objective To understand the knowledge of hepatitis B related knowledge, personal behavior and knowledge of hepatitis B in medical college and non-medical college students in Jilin City, and to explore the differences of health education of hepatitis B between medical and non-medical college students. Methods A stratified stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the undergraduates in a medical school and a non-medical university in Jilin City. Results There were significant differences in the accuracy rates of the results of the questionnaire survey between the 15 medical students and the non-medical students (P <0.05). There were significant differences among the 15 personal behaviors and the possible history of exposure (P < P <0.05). There was significant difference in the demand distribution of hepatitis B related knowledge between the two professional groups (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a significant difference between hepatitis B related knowledge, personal behavior and knowledge of hepatitis B among medical undergraduates and non-medical undergraduates.
