某地区招飞体检慢性中耳炎体征淘汰情况分析

目的:分析某地区近年高中生招飞体检慢性中耳炎体征淘汰率变化情况,总结变化规律,以期进一步提高招飞的质量和效率。方法:按照招收飞行学员体格检查相关标准进行体检,对2002—2015年慢性中耳炎体征淘汰率变化情况进行统计分析。结果:某地区近年招飞体检慢性中耳炎体征的淘汰率呈非常显著线性下降趋势(统计量值Z=-20.9621,P<0.01);其中,2015年慢性中耳炎体征的淘汰率0.72%,非常显著低于2009年的1.63%(P<0.01)。结论:某地区近年招飞体检慢性中耳炎体征淘汰率下降,建议取消招飞初选中慢性中耳炎体征的检查,改为复选中进行。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the changes of the elimination rate of chronic otitis media in high school students in a certain area in recent years, and to summarize the changing rules so as to further improve the quality and efficiency of the strokes. Methods: Physical examination was conducted according to the relevant standards of physical examination for recruiting pilots, and statistical analysis was performed on the changes of signs of chronic otitis media in 2002-2015. Results: The elimination rate of physical examination of chronic otitis media in a certain region showed a very significant linear decrease (Z = -20.9621, P <0.01). Among them, the elimination rate of chronic otitis media in 2015 was 0.72%, which was significantly lower 1.63% in 2009 (P <0.01). Conclusions: In recent years, the detection rate of chronic otitis media in a certain area has dropped out. It is suggested to cancel the examination of the signs of chronic otitis media in the primary course of strokes and move to the checkup.
