设计合理的制药用水分配系统是生产合格制药用水的前提保证。对制药用水分配系统设计过程中涉及的水量、流速、管径选取进行了讨论;提出了通过绘制用水及产水量累积曲线获得水机和储罐选型参数的方法。对注射用水冷却及接管方式进行了深入探讨并提供推荐方案,对冷用点采用并联管路方案时管径的选择给出理论计算。
A well-designed pharmaceutical water distribution system is a prerequisite for the production of qualified pharmaceutical water. The selection of water volume, flow rate and pipe diameter involved in the design process of pharmaceutical water distribution system is discussed. A method of selecting the parameters of water machine and storage tank by drawing up the cumulative curves of water use and water production is proposed. The method of water cooling and takeover of water for injection is discussed in depth and the recommended scheme is provided. The theoretical calculation is given for the selection of the pipe diameter when using cold water pipelines in parallel pipeline scheme.
