批评是教师工作中不可或缺的一种手段。班主任在育人过程中;;对学生进行批评一定要讲究艺术;;掌握好“度”。既不要板起面孔、冷若冰霜;;也不能过分“包装”批评;;而使批评失去本身的教育功能。在不伤害师生情感的同时;;真诚对待学生;;尊重他们的人格;;和颜悦色、春风化雨地引导学生;;才能使批评产生最佳效果。本期编辑的几篇有关批评的文章;;试图使教师们对批评工作有一些方法上的掌握。
Criticism is an indispensable means of teachers' work. Class teacher in the process of educating students; criticism of students must pay attention to the arts ;; master “degree”.
