本文是对我国北方盛夏期间暴雨分析预报实践的初步总结。基本观点是:立足于具有广阔海洋的低纬度,强调中低纬环流系统的相互作用,并着重于大范围大暴雨和特大暴雨。文中还对中、短期预报的关系以及中期预报问题扼要地提出一些看法。
This article is a preliminary summary of the heavy rain forecast and forecast during the summer in northern China. The basic idea is: based on low latitudes with vast oceans, emphasizing the interaction of the circulation systems at low and middle latitudes, with a focus on large-scale heavy rainfall and torrential rain. The article also briefs on the relationship between medium and short-term forecasts as well as the medium-term forecasts.
