《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》(以下简称《检疫法》)从1986年开始酝酿起草的准备工作。当年在全国口岸动植物检疫所、站长会议上,对起草《检疫法》统一了认识,明确了基本指导思想,会后组成了起草小组并着手开展工作。两年多来,经过征求口岸动植物检疫系统各所、农业部各有关部门和国务院各有关部、局、办的意见,进行过13次重要修

The People’s Republic of China Entry-Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine Law (hereinafter referred to as the “Quarantine Law”) has been brewing for preparation since 1986. In the same year, at the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Quarantine Office and the stationmaster’s meeting of the State Customs, they unified their understanding of drafting the “Quarantine Law” and clarified their basic guiding ideology. After the meeting, they formed a drafting group and started the work.
