教师教育取代师范教育,意味着教师培养的专业化和终身化,那么教师职前培养的课程需兼顾专业训练与职后继续教育的一致性需要。但目前师范本科心理学课程中存在结构混乱、主体不清、内容拼凑、功能不足的问题。我校基于2011年颁布的《教师教育课程标准(试行)》,面向师范本科专业的心理学课程丛构建模式,建立以儿童发展心理学和教育心理学的双主体课程体系,优化课程内容及组织方式,增强专业契合度和延伸性,为探索教师教育职前培养寻找更优途径。
Teacher education replaces teacher education, which means the professionalism and lifelong teacher training. Then the pre-service teacher training curriculum needs to take into account the consistency between professional training and post-job continuing education. However, there are some problems in current undergraduate psychology course, such as disorderly structure, unclear subject, patchwork of content, and lack of function. Based on the “Standard of Teacher Education Curriculum (Trial)” promulgated in 2011, our school aims at the mode of constructing the psychology curriculum model for undergraduate majors and establishes a dual-subject curriculum system of children’s developmental psychology and educational psychology to optimize the contents and organization of the courses Ways to enhance the professional fit and extension, to find a better way to explore pre-service teacher education.
