档案是我们从事社会主义建设和科学研究不可缺少的重要条件和工具。在当今的信息社会,档案又是必不可少的信息资源,它不仅是我们劳动和智慧的结晶及真实的历史记录,也是我们国家乃至每个单位的宝贵历史财富。加强档案的科学管理,对开发利用档案起着重要的作用。为此国家颁布了“档案法”及“中国档案分类法”等档案管理的基本大法。具体到医药档案的科学管理,国家医药管理局又依据“中国档案分类法”编写下发了其详表“中国档案分类法医药档案分类表”。为实施新的“医药档案分类表”国家医药管理局
