目的调查某部驻地血吸虫病流行情况,制定切实可行的防控措施。方法2004~2006年连续3年采用系统抽样结合环境抽样法查螺和采血进行循环抗原检测对驻疫区部队进行普查。结果2004年对驻疫区部队的营区、训练场、农场和油库等可疑钉螺孳生地段进行了普查。共查螺762400m~2,其中营区查出有螺面积21000m~2,其中机场有螺面积为15000m~2,钉螺密度为3~26只/框,平均密度为6.21只/框;油库有螺面积为6000m~2,钉螺密度为6~38只/框,平均密度为21.21只/框。解剖活螺662只,未查见阳性钉螺。营区和农场未查见活螺。对机场和油库有螺地
Objective To investigate the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in a certain place and formulate practical prevention and control measures. Methods From 2004 to 2006, we systematically surveyed the units in the epidemic-affected areas by systematic sampling combined with environmental sampling and snakehead blood sampling. Results In 2004, census was conducted on suspicious snail breeding areas in camps, training grounds, farms and oil depots in the troops stationed in the affected areas. A total of 762400m ~ 2 were found in the camp area, of which 21000m ~ 2 were found in the camp area, of which 15000m ~ 2 for the airport, 3 ~ 26 for snail density and 6.21 for the average density; 6,000 m ~ 2, snail density 6 ~ 38 / box, the average density of 21.21 / box.
