从燃煤火力发电厂粉煤灰中提取出来的空心微珠(包括漂珠及微珠),是一种具有多种功能特性,应用范围较广的新型无机材料。本文具体分析了容重<0.4克/厘米~3漂珠的化学、物理及高温特性,论述了用于生产隔热耐火材料的可行性及所取得的显著节能效果。本文并从固体材料热传导机理角度进行初步分析论证漂珠制品具有低导热率及在高温下导热率随温度升高的递增率低,从而获得显著节能效果的理论依据。
Hollow microbeads (including floating beads and microbeads) extracted from the fly ash of coal-fired power plants are new inorganic materials with a wide range of functional properties and a wide range of applications. This paper analyzes the chemical, physical and high temperature characteristics of bulk density of <0.4 g / cm ~ 3 floating beads, and discusses the feasibility and significant energy-saving effect of the flame retardant for insulation production. In this paper, the theoretical basis of the significant energy saving effect is obtained through the preliminary analysis from the perspective of the heat conduction mechanism of the solid material, demonstrating the low thermal conductivity of the floating bead product and the low rate of increase of the thermal conductivity with increasing temperature at high temperature.
