小学教育是整个教育建设的基础,基础教育的根本任务在于提高学生的全面素质,为培养各级各类人才奠定良好的基础。所谓全面素质,就是思想品德、文化科学、劳动技能、身体心理的综合素质。以此为标准,我们不难发现,当今基础教育存在着以下三方面的失误:一是在教学内容上。“全面发展”往往被片面追求升学率干扰,“以教育为中心”往往搞成了以智育为中心。学生上学,就是听教师讲;下学就是没完没了地写作业。似乎好教师的标准
Primary education is the foundation of the entire education. The fundamental task of basic education is to improve the overall quality of students and lay a good foundation for the cultivation of various kinds of talents at all levels. The so-called overall quality is the comprehensive quality of ideological and morality, cultural science, labor skills and physical psychology. Using this as a standard, we can easily find out that there are three mistakes in basic education today: First, in the teaching content. “All-round development ” is often one-sided pursuit of the entrance rate of interference, “education-centric ” often made into intellectual education as the center.
