作为重要的免疫细胞 ,中性粒细胞 (PMN)主要通过呼吸爆发和脱颗粒杀灭病原体。但激活失控的PMN会大量释放氧自由基和多种蛋白水解酶 ,破坏组织细胞 ,是造成炎性损伤、系统性炎症反应综合征 (SIRS)甚至多器官功能不全综合征 (MODS)的重要原因。已知的调控PMN呼吸爆发和脱颗粒的细胞内信号转导途径包括 :受体酪氨酸激酶途径、磷脂酶 PKC途径、cAMP PKA途径、NO cGMP PKG途径和PKB途径。
As an important immune cell, neutrophils (PMNs) kill pathogens mainly through respiratory burst and degranulation. However, the activation of uncontrolled PMN will release a large number of oxygen free radicals and a variety of proteolytic enzymes, destruction of tissue cells, is caused by inflammatory injury, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and even multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) . Known cellular signaling pathways that regulate PMN respiratory burst and degranulation include the receptor tyrosine kinase pathway, the phospholipase PKC pathway, the cAMP PKA pathway, the NO cGMP PKG pathway, and the PKB pathway.
