2009年3月,自治区新闻出版局全区报刊管理工作会议在呼和浩特市召开。会议以科学发展观为指导,结合我区报刊出版管理工作实际,就如何深入贯彻落实中央办公厅、国务院办公厅下发的《关于进一步加强和改进报刊出版管理工作的意见》和新闻出版总署《关于进一步加强报刊出版管理工作的通知》文件精神,提出许多积极有效的实施意见。意见内容包括关于进一步加强和改进全区报刊出版管理工作的重点、措施和要求等。对如何继续深化报刊改革以及建立报刊退出机制,加强报刊监管和提高服务水平等问题进行了深入探讨。
March 2009, Autonomous Region press and publication bureau newspaper administration meeting held in Hohhot. The conference guided by the scientific concept of development, combined with the actual press administration in our region, on how to thoroughly implement the Central Office, the State Council issued the “Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Newspapers and Publications Management” and the Press and Publication Administration “On Further Strengthening the Press Publication Management” document, put forward many positive and effective implementation of the views. The opinions include the key points, measures and requirements for further strengthening and improving press and publication administration in the whole region. It also discussed in depth how to further deepen the reform of newspapers and periodicals, set up mechanisms for withdrawing newspapers and periodicals, strengthen supervision over newspapers and improve service standards.
