育人先育德,这是教育的核心理念和要求。要想培养未来社会合格的公民,德育就必须从基础教育抓起。因此,在小学教育中,德育工作很重要。要做好小学生的德育工作,教师要用心、用真爱去引导学生追求心灵美;要交心,把学生作为朋友平等对待。注重他们的情感感受,让他们感受到老师的爱,体验到温暖,实现真正的身心健康成长。
Educating people first morally, which is the core concept of education and requirements. In order to train qualified citizens in the future, moral education must start from basic education. Therefore, moral education is very important in primary education. To do a good job of moral education of primary school students, teachers should be hard-working, with true love to guide students to pursue spiritual beauty; to pay attention to the students as friends and treat equally. Pay attention to their emotional feelings, let them feel the teacher’s love, experience the warmth, to achieve true physical and mental health growth.
