根据近年国家“农业高效用水科技产业示范工程”项目中“渠灌类型区农业高效用水模式与产业化示范”专题执行情况 ,结合当前中国加入 WTO的实际 ,在分析示范区现状基础上 ,对渠灌类型区节水农业产业化问题进行讨论。作者认为 :在市场经济条件下 ,中国农业产业化面临的挑战大于机遇 ,要正确地认识农业高效用水节水技术与产品的价值及市场的关系 ,并就农业产业化提出作者的观点。
According to the implementation of the special topic of “Model of High Efficient Water Supply and Utilization in Drainage Irrigation Area and Industrialization Demonstration” in the project of “National Agricultural High-efficiency Water Science and Technology Industry” in recent years, and based on the actual situation of China’s accession to the WTO, Irrigation type water-saving agriculture industrialization issues are discussed. The author believes that under the conditions of a market economy, China’s agricultural industrialization challenges are greater than opportunities, to correctly understand the relationship between agricultural water-saving technologies and product value and the market, and put forward the author’s point of view on agricultural industrialization.
