In recent years, due to the development of environmental carcinogen research, people pay more and more attention to the relationship between occupational and tumorigenesis. Since it is reported that asbestos industry, rubber industry and some chemical industry are closely related to the high incidence of malignant tumors, in recent years, Mining, smelting and the relationship between malignant tumors have also attracted attention. To investigate whether the occurrence of malignancies in the non-ferrous metal mining industry is higher than that of local residents, we conducted a 15-year retrospective cohort of occupational epidemiology in Tonglushan Mine in 1985, and the results are reported as follows: Materials and Methods 1. Survey respondents: All official workers who worked in the mine from January 1, 1970 to December 31, 1984 for more than six months, including those who had retired and died.
