在医院分级管理和三级医院评审中,医院管理占有重要地位,而其中后勤管理中的保证三通(水通、电通、汽通)、两不漏(不漏水、不漏电),这两项对一个医院的整体形象是非常直观的,也是保障现代医院正常医疗活动的基本要求,我们能在“三甲”医院评审中顺利的通过了这一关,在考核中获得满分,真正做到三通、两不漏,是坚持长期做基础工作的结果,仅在节约用水工作中我们就经历了由被动到主动的过程,节约用水工作与医院发展同步进行,取得了显著的成绩。
In hospital classification management and tertiary hospital assessment, hospital management occupies an important position, in which logistics management guarantees three links (water, electricity, and steam) and two leaks (no leakage, no leakage).
