随着改革开放的逐渐深入,我国很多企业属于中外合资企业,很多资本来自国外,还有一些国内自主联合企业,加大融资力度,拓宽融资渠道是有效解决企业发展面临的资金不足等问题。就企业发展和项目进展而言,融资渠道都是影响其发展的重要因素,因此,必须通过有效的方式,化解融资困难。本文首先阐述了融资的含义,指出了当前我国企业融资面临的困境和存在的问题,提出了拓宽融资渠道的合理化建议。
With the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, many enterprises in our country belong to Sino-foreign joint ventures, many of them are from abroad, and some domestic independent joint ventures make greater efforts to raise funds and broaden the financing channels to effectively solve the problems such as insufficient funds for the development of enterprises. In terms of enterprise development and project progress, financing channels are all important factors that affect their development. Therefore, financing difficulties must be solved in an effective manner. This article first elaborates the meaning of financing, points out the difficulties and problems existing in the current corporate finance in China, and puts forward reasonable suggestions to broaden the financing channels.
