将呋喃树脂砂工艺铸钢件上出现的热裂纹分为“缩裂纹”和“拉裂纹”。对两种裂纹的微观形貌和微区成分做了分析 ,深入探讨了两种裂纹具有的不同形成原因和形成过程 ,为采取有效对策解决裂纹问题提供了技术依据。
The furan resin sand castings on the hot cracks appear divided into “shrinkage crack” and “pull crack.” The micro-morphology and micro-composition of the two kinds of cracks were analyzed. The different formation causes and forming processes of the two kinds of cracks were discussed in depth. This provided a technical basis for effective measures to solve the problem of cracks.
