宫颈癌是最常见的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤,我国每年新增病例13.15万人,占世界总发病人数的1/3,每年约5万人死于宫颈癌。宫颈涂片筛检异常细胞是肿瘤防治学上重要的成就之一。巴氏染色及分类法应用半个多世纪以来,为早期诊断子宫颈癌及降低其死亡率发挥了重要的作用。但传统巴氏人工阅片会出现较高的假阴性率或假阳性率。1988年美国国家癌症研究所在 Bethesda 制定了 Bethesda 系统(TheBethesda System,TBS)在1991年及2001年召开会议对 TBS作了修正。由于 TBS 系统的发展使之可以作出更精确的分类,从而替代了巴氏分级。现对 TBS 系统中宫颈异常上皮细胞的处理综述如下。一、非典型性鳞状细胞(Atypical Squamous Cells,ASC)根据2001Bethesda 系统细胞学分类,ASC 包括意义不明确的非典型性鳞状细胞(atypicalsquamous cells of undetermined
Cervical cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system. Each year, China adds 131,500 new cases, accounting for one-third of the total number of cases in the world and about 50,000 deaths from cervical cancer each year. Cervical smear screening for abnormal cells is one of the most important achievements in cancer prevention and treatment. Papanicolaou staining and taxonomy applications for more than half a century, early diagnosis of cervical cancer and reduce their mortality has played an important role. However, the traditional Papanic film will appear a higher false negative rate or false positive rate. In 1988, the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda developed the Bethesda System (TBS) in 1991 and 2001 to have a meeting to amend TBS. As a result of the development of the TBS system, a more accurate classification can be made, thus replacing the pasteurization. Treatment of abnormal cervical epithelial cells in the TBS system is summarized below.
