以弱再生力的矮南早和强再生力的蜀丰1号-11为测验亲本,运用正反交6个群体的组配设计,分别测定太国稻选、湘早籼26和红梅早的再生力遗传;结果:(1)矮南早参与组合的F_1(和反交F_1)杂种优势,均低于蜀丰1号-11参与组合;(2)蜀丰1号-11/太国稻选表现明显胞质效应,蜀丰1号-11/湘早籼26和蜀丰1号-11/红梅早则不明显;(3)再生力特性狭义遗传力估计值随组配亲本遗传背景不同,表现显著或不显著;基因效应分析表明,再生力一般存在加性效应。上述结果,从遗传理论上展示,选育具有强再生力的新品种或杂交稻是可能的,而正确选配亲本及适当组配方式具有突出重要的意义。

The above results show that it is possible to display and breed new varieties or hybrid rice with strong regenerative power genetically. However, it is of great importance to correctly select the parents and the proper combination of them.
