本文以高职学生为研究对象,从人际交往能力培养的角度着手研究提高其软实力,具有极其重要的意义。通过分析高职人际交往相关课程开设的现状,提出开设人际交往理论与技巧训练课程,以大学生人际交往与口语交流类课程为主体,构建人际交往课程体系,积极创造培养高职学生交往能力的条件。
In this paper, vocational students as the research object, from the perspective of interpersonal skills training to study to improve their soft power, of great importance. By analyzing the status quo of interpersonal relationship related courses in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes to set up interpersonal communication theory and skills training courses, and to build interpersonal communication curriculum system based on college students ’interpersonal and oral communication courses, and actively create the conditions for cultivating students’ communicative competence .
