职业院校教师的行业实践和见习是教育部和上海市教委对高等职业院校师资队伍建设提出的重要要求。笔者根据教学改革和研究的实际需要,结合行业见习的亲身体验,对高职护理专业的英语教学提出了相应的建议。以行业的发展现状和岗位的实际需求为依据,对日常的职业英语教学进行指导。
The professional practice and internship of teachers in vocational schools are the important requirements put forward by the Ministry of Education and Shanghai Education Commission for the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. According to the actual needs of teaching reform and research, combined with personal experience of industry trainees, the author puts forward corresponding suggestions to the English teaching of nursing specialty in higher vocational schools. Based on the development status of the industry and the actual needs of the post, it guides the daily occupation English teaching.
