以前使用的装罐推车机,在推车时推爪不进罐,一般推爪距罐笼边缘为40~80mm,其余部分靠矿车自滑到位.当井口操车使用阻拉器以后,要求推车机必须推车进罐到位,并要通过阻拉器的阻爪和推车器的推爪把矿车固定在设计位置.以前国内没有这种长推爪推车机,在标准系列罐笼中,取消罐内阻车器,要求全部配合阻拉器使用以来,各地对这种长推爪推车机的要求更加迫切.我院设计的长推爪推车机是配合3m摇台和阻拉器使用的推车机.推爪长为700mm,推车时推爪进入罐笼375mm,在浙江长广煤炭公司七矿使用一年多,效果很好.现就针对这种推车器的结构特点、动作受力分析、以及设计、制造和维护方面的要求作一简单介绍,供煤炭工程技术人员参考.
