我院于1990年1月～1994年10月,应用高压氧(HBO)治疗颅脑损伤125例,获得显著效果,现报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 男76例,女49例,年龄3～60岁,平均30岁。脑震荡54例,脑挫裂伤34例,脑外伤后综合征37例。病程短者1天,长者4年,有昏迷病史者86例,昏迷短者10分钟,长者20天。1.2 治疗方法 采用中型高压氧舱治疗,在2个绝对大气压(2ATA)环境下,戴面罩吸氧(浓度99.2％)30分钟,中间休息10分钟后再吸30分钟
