The quasi-continuous wave Titanium-doped sapphire laser pumped by a frequency-dou-bled YAG laser developed in Tianjin University has been achieved new advance. An linear laser resonator consists of a reflecting mirror and an output coupler.The re-flecting mirror had dielectric coating of 100% reflectivity,and the output coupler is with 7%transmissibility.The laser rod was 21mm long and cut at Brewster’s angle.
