伴随着网络信息技术的快速发展,推动了微博时代的来临。微博,这是一个新兴的媒体,它对人们的日常生活、工作以及学习带来了一定的影响,同时还使得人们的思维方式与思想观念发生了一定的转变。因此,在微博视野下,思想工作者应充分利用这一新兴媒体,广泛开展思想政治工作,以便促使网络时期思想政治工作的正常前进。文章将对微博加以阐述,并对微博视野下企业思想政治工作的措施加以分析。
With the rapid development of network information technology, promoting the era of Weibo. Weibo, an emerging medium, has brought some impact on people’s daily life, work and study, and also changed people’s way of thinking and thoughts. Therefore, under the perspective of microblogging, ideological workers should make full use of this emerging medium to extensively carry out ideological and political work so as to promote the normal progress of ideological and political work in the network era. The article will elaborate on Weibo and analyze the measures of the enterprise’s ideological and political work under the perspective of Weibo.
