劳顾问:我单位有一工人,已在我单位连续工作了5年,上月因病住院治疗,在他生病治疗的头一个月,我们没有扣减他的工资。但从第2个月起,单位领导认为发全工资不合理,故只给他500元一个月。该工人认为单位给的工资低于最低工资标准,应该按当地最低工资标准支付其住院治疗期间的工资。像这个工人从生病后就一天班也没上过,我们给他500元一个月已经很不错了,他却还不满意,非要我们按本地最低工资标准支付他生病住院期限的工资。请问国家有这方面的规定吗?某民营企业
