甘薯环割技术,是莱山区农业局科技人员在多年的生产实践中总结出的一套甘薯高产栽培新技术。1998年,他们利用该技术创造了单产鲜薯5587 5kg的好成绩,获得山东省脱毒薯高产竞赛一等奖。 一、环割原理 甘薯环割技术是根据甘薯茎蔓的生理特性,仿照果树环割技术原理而设计的。与果树环割的区别在于甘薯环割是切断茎蔓的木质部导管,人为地控制养分流向,使大量光合产物向块根汇聚,减少茎蔓对养分的吸收,达到增产的目的。环
