本刊第11期刊发了李涛先生的《网络电视——宽带的下一轮焦点》（以下简称《网络电视》）,立即引起业界人士的强力关注。马建校先生就是其中之一,他认为不需要宽带也能实现大家对网络电视的梦想（其观点已在本刊第12期刊出）。以下刊发的两篇文章,一篇是李涛先生给本刊执行主编的回信,可以看做是对马建校先生一文的回答;另一篇是他从务实角度对网络电视的一个阐述,可以看做是《网络电视》一文的姊妹篇。我们期待更多的业界人士加入到这场讨论中来。
This issue of No. 11 published the “Internet TV - the next focus of broadband” (hereinafter referred to as “Network TV”) by Mr. Li Tao, which immediately aroused the strong concern of the industry. Mr. Ma Jian-school is one of them, he believes that we can achieve the dream of Internet TV without broadband (the view has been published in the 12th issue). The following two articles, one is Mr. Li Tao's Executive Editor to the author's reply, can be seen as a reply to Mr. Ma Jianxiao; the other is from a pragmatic point of view of Internet TV, can be seen as Is a “network television” a sister article.
