目的 :提高脑复素注射液热原检测的灵敏度 ,降低检测成本。方法 :采用细菌内毒素检测法 (BET)检测脑复素注射液 ,并与家兔法 (PT)比较。结果 :对 PT法检测合格的产品 ,BET的符合率为 98.37% ;对 PT法检测不合格的产品 ,BET的符合率为 1 0 0 %。干扰试验表明 ,对脑复素注射液 1 0倍稀释后无干扰作用。结论 :与 PT相比 ,BET是一种快速、灵敏、简便、经济的检测方法 ,BET可以用于脑复素注射液的检测
Objective: To improve the sensitivity of pyrrole in the injection of norepinephrine and to reduce the testing cost. Methods: The injection of norepinephrine was detected by bacterial endotoxin test (BET) and compared with that of rabbit (PT). Results: The coincidence rate of BET was 98.37% for the products tested by PT method, and 100% for the products tested by PT method. Interference test showed that there is no interference effect on the injection of norepinephrine 10 times dilution. Conclusion: Compared with PT, BET is a rapid, sensitive, simple and economical method for detection. BET can be used for the detection of norepinephrine injection
