目的了解和掌握大竹县3~14岁在校儿童土源性线虫感染现状和流行特点,为制定防治规划提供科学依据。方法采用改良加藤厚涂片法,透明胶纸肛拭法,碘液直接涂片法常规粪检。结果共检测1 559人,检出阳性203人,感染率为13.02%,其中蛔虫感染率为10.33%。感染率竹阳镇低于山前、山前低于山后,感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.025)。结论应加强卫生防病知识的宣传,提高全民防病意识,加强粪便无害化处理,减少寄生虫病传播。
Objective To understand and grasp the current situation and epidemic characteristics of soil-borne nematode infections in school-aged children aged 3-14 years in Dazhu County, and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control plans. Methods The modified Kato thick smear method, the transparent adhesive tape anal swab method, iodine direct smear routine fecal examination. Results A total of 1 559 people were detected, 203 were positive, the infection rate was 13.02%, of which Ascaris infection rate was 10.33%. The infection rate in Zhuyang was lower than that in the piedmont and the piedmont was lower than that in the mountain, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.025). Conclusions Publicity of knowledge on health and disease prevention should be strengthened to raise awareness of prevention of all diseases, strengthen harmless treatment of manure and reduce the spread of parasitic diseases.
