2003年9月7日～9日,《第五届中国功能材料及其应用学术会议》筹备会暨中国仪表材料学会第四届理事会(扩大)二次会议在北京举行。出席会议的有我国功能材料材料科技界、产业界科研院所、高等院校、企事业单位的51名代表。 9月8日会议正式举行,学会常务副理事长向大会作了题为《开拓进取,求实创新,为争取一流学会而奋斗》的学会年度工作报告。秘书处杨亲民向大会汇报了《五届会》筹届工作进展情况和秘书处提出的组织实施方案。与会代表对《五届会》的组织框架与机构
September 7, 2003 to September 9, “the Fifth China Functional Materials and Applied Symposium” preparatory meeting and China Instrument Materials Institute of the Fourth Council (enlarged) the second meeting was held in Beijing. Attending the meeting were 51 representatives of China’s functional material and materials science and technology circles, industrial research institutes, universities, enterprises and institutions. September 8 meeting was held, the executive vice president of the Society made a speech to the General Assembly entitled “pioneering and enterprising, realistic and innovative, strive for first-class society and learn the annual work report.” Yang Minmin, the secretariat, reported to the General Assembly on the progress made in the preparatory work for the “five sessions” and the organizational implementation plan put forward by the secretariat.
