目的探讨水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达和意义。方法取乳腺癌组织40例及癌旁组织10例,应用RT-PCR法检测AQP1 mRNA在乳腺癌和癌旁组织中的表达及分布。结果乳腺癌中AQP1 mRNA表达量(0.8957±0.0428),明显高于癌旁组织AQP1 mRNA表达量(0.3401±0.0549),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AQP1在乳腺癌组织中表达增高,提示AQP1可能与乳腺癌生长、转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of aquaporin 1 (AQP1) in breast cancer. Methods 40 cases of breast cancer tissues and 10 cases of paracancerous tissues were collected. The expression and distribution of AQP1 mRNA in breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by RT-PCR. Results The expression of AQP1 mRNA in breast cancer (0.8957 ± 0.0428) was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (0.3401 ± 0.0549), with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of AQP1 is increased in breast cancer tissues, suggesting that AQP1 may be related to the growth and metastasis of breast cancer.
