《四川省行政执法监督条例》(以下简称《监督条例》)已于2001年9月24日经省九届人大二十五次会议审议通过,于发布之日起施行。这是我省民主法制建设的一件大事。《监督条例》的颁布,对于加强政府法制建设,规范行政行为、促进依法行政、加强行政执法监督,保护公民、法人和其他组织的合法权益,都将产生极大的促进作用。为了贯彻实施好《监督条例》,经省政府同意,现提出以下意见:一、充分认识制定《监督条例》的重大意义,自觉增强监督意识
The Regulations on the Supervision of Administrative Law Enforcement by Sichuan Province (hereinafter referred to as the “Supervision Regulations”) were reviewed and passed by the 25th meeting of the 9th NPC of the Province on September 24, 2001 and will come into effect on the day of its promulgation. This is a major event in the construction of democracy and legal system in our province. The promulgation of the “Regulations on Supervision” will greatly promote the construction of the legal system of the government, standardize the administrative actions, promote the administration according to law, strengthen the supervision of administrative law enforcement, and protect the lawful rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations. In order to implement the “Regulations on Supervision,” with the consent of the provincial government, the following opinions are put forward: I.
