为研究不同表面处理工艺的高强度模具材料的摩擦磨损特性,通过摩擦磨损实验方法测出了经不同表面处理后高强度模具材料的摩擦磨损实验数据。对此数据进行、分析比较,从而得到不同表面处理工艺条件下的摩擦磨损特性。实验证明:渗氮工艺比镀铬工艺能够更大程度的提高模具的寿命。实验结果对分析评估不同表面处理工艺对冷作模具使用寿命的影响具有指导意义。
In order to study the friction and wear characteristics of high-strength mold materials with different surface treatments, the experimental data of friction and wear of high-strength mold materials after different surface treatments were measured by friction and wear test. The data were analyzed and compared to obtain the friction and wear characteristics under different surface treatment conditions. Experiments show that: nitriding process than chrome plating process to a greater extent to improve the life of the mold. The experimental results are instructive in analyzing and evaluating the influence of different surface treatment technologies on service life of cold-working die.
