当前我国成人高等教育的任务主要是对成人实行大专水平的专业教育。大量的中学生毕业后要直接走上工作岗位,日新月异的社会主义现代化建设对他们提出越来越高的要求。为适应形势发展的需要,必然会有越来越多的在职人员积极报考各类职工高等院校,接受大专水平的专业教育。成人高等教育怎样才能完成这一任务呢?确实有很多实际问题和理论问题需要研究解决,其中重要问题之一是教学组织形式。我们必须在不断总结我国成人高等教育经验教训的基础上,借鉴国际上的经验教训,创立具有中国特色的成人高等教育的教学组织形式。
At present, the task of adult higher education in our country is mainly to educate adults on the level of tertiary education. A large number of middle school students have to go directly to work after graduation, and the ever-changing socialist modernization requires them to make higher and higher demands. In order to meet the needs of the development of the situation, there will inevitably be more and more active staff members actively applying to all kinds of staff and workers’ colleges and universities and receiving professional education at the tertiary level. How can adult higher education accomplish this task? There are indeed many practical and theoretical problems that need to be studied and solved. One of the important issues is the form of teaching and organization. We must, on the basis of constantly summing up experiences and lessons from our adult higher education, learn from international experiences and lessons and establish a teaching organization of adult higher education with Chinese characteristics.
