目的 探讨氦氖激光血管内照射治疗(ILIB) 脑损伤对血液流变学的影响及其作用机理。方法 采用前瞻性临床对照研究,将颅脑外伤患者随机分为:ILIB组(30 例) 和对照组(30 例),观察治疗前后的血液流变学变化。结果 与对照组相比,发现ILIB 能明显降低血沉、红细胞压积、全血比粘度、全血比还原粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞聚集指数(P< 0 .05 ~0 .01)。结论 氦氖激光血管内照射能有效地改善脑损伤后的血液流变学状态,这对改善微循环,减轻继发性脑水肿和神经功能损伤有重要临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation (ILIB) on hemorheology and its mechanism. Methods A prospective clinical trial was conducted. The patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into two groups: the ILIB group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The changes of hemorheology before and after treatment were observed. Results Compared with the control group, ILIB was found to significantly reduce erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, whole blood specific viscosity, whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index (P <0.05-0.01). Conclusion He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation can effectively improve the blood rheology after brain injury, which has important clinical significance in improving microcirculation, reducing secondary cerebral edema and neurological damage.
