美国专家、学者证实,睡眠方向对身体有具体影响,一般以头朝南或朝北睡较有益健康。临床观察,头朝南或朝北方向睡眠者,一年后不但食欲增进,精力充沛,睡眠安稳,连神经衰弱、高血压等慢性病症状也获得改善,服药疗效也更显著。他们还发现,老年人及体力较差者可以朝南睡,年轻人体力充沛,火气旺,以朝北睡最佳。
