一、前言两岸关系从2008年后开始了和平发展的机遇期,截至2012年8月已签署了十八项协议,货品、人员的交流愈来愈频繁也愈紧密,2011年含香港的两岸贸易总额已高达1693.2亿美元,2011年的双向交流规模也高达705万人次。可是两岸的认同并没有随着交流的深化而凝聚共识,反而有渐行渐远的疑虑,这可从台湾对于两岸超越经济性议题的谈判,出现保守
I. Introduction Cross-Strait relations have started the period of peaceful development since 2008. As of August 2012, 18 agreements have been signed and the exchange of goods and personnel has become more frequent and closer.
