自与Ludwig(1866)发現兔主动脉弓减压神經后,經过許多人的研究,减压反射在循环机能調节中的重要意义已被公认。主动脉弓减压反射的压力感受器,左侧的位于主动脉弓,但右侧的却不在主动脉弓,而位于右鎖骨下动脉与頸总动脉的根部以及紧邻的一段头臂动脉內。关于右侧压力感受器的定位,在犬及猫均已有生理学的証明,但家兔方面則仅有形态学的观察。本工作报告用实驗方法証实兔右鎖骨下动脉压力感受反射的研究結果并通过夹閉試驗将該反射与頸动脉竇反射的重要性作了比較。
Since the discovery of the decompressive nerves of rabbit aortic arch by Ludwig (1866), after many studies, the importance of decompression reflex in the regulation of circulatory function has been recognized. Aortic arch decompression reflex baroreceptor, the left is located in the aortic arch, but the right is not in the aortic arch, and located in the root of the right subclavian artery and common carotid artery and the immediate vicinity of a brachiocephalic artery. On the right side of the baroreceptor positioning, both dogs and cats have been physiologically proven, but only the morphological observation of rabbits. This work reports the experimental results confirm the results of the right subclavian artery baroreflex and compare the importance of this reflex with the carotid sinus reflex by a clipping test.
