With the popularization and application of ISO9O00 standard all over the world, the military scientific research units are also facing new tasks of establishing the quality system and carrying out the certification. The article analyzes the characteristics of the military research units and puts forward the difficulties and key links of the military scientific research units in the quality system construction and certification.
